Tooher & Barone, LLP is pleased to announce Martin A. Miranda as a new addition to the firm. In his new role as Senior Associate, Martin will primarily focus on the firm’s regulatory and litigation matters.
Martin is an accomplished commercial litigator with substantial experience handling business disputes, corporate governance issues and regulatory matters.
Having originally relocated from California’s agricultural heartland, to previously working as a white-collar defense attorney in one of New York City’s largest firms, Martin has a solid understanding of what it takes to achieve meaningful results for clients in a variety of industries.
Prior to joining Tooher & Barone, LLP, Martin worked closely with international financial institutions, major accounting firms, and small businesses.
Outside of work, Martin is an avid traveler, sports enthusiast and music fan. Although Martin is a native Californian with roots in New York City and Long Island, his family currently resides in Albany and enjoys exploring the Adirondacks.
